In Languedoc, 25m from MONTPELLIER, at the CEVENNES foot, the descent of a part of Héraut River. A very wild and preserved part as there is no road or village from departure to arrival!

The MORE CANOE :

  • A 12km trip in the middle of nature, fun and accessible to beginners.
  • Far from the roads and villages, far from civilization, the water is of excellent quality (DDASS controlled).
  • No dam so no portage.
  • You can ake your time if you want, as your car is parked at the arrival.
  • We meet in an amazing place classified by UNESCO: Saint Guilhem le Desert. You can visit the village and Clamouse cave.
  • We are opened from April to October. We have 200 boats. Located in the very south, Canoe Rapido is only 50mins from the coastline!

I created CANOE in 1986. In addition to my professional experience, I practice canoeing all year round on every continent (Nepal, Canada, Zimbabwe, Mali.). Our personalized advices are based on the diversity and richness of our experiences.
